Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 eggs, separated (save whites)
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Combine all ingredients in order listed except nuts and egg whites; beat well. Add nuts.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
