Southern Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, cut in strips
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra, partially thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn (undrained)
    1/4 c. sliced olives
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. each: crushed red pepper, salt and vinegar
    2 cans Swanson chunk chicken
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In skillet, cook green pepper and onion with garlic in butter until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except chicken and rice. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
    Add chicken; heat.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 cups.
