Southwestern Cheeseburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. drained green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
    8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    4 Kaiser rolls
    1/4 c. taco sauce or salsa
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion and chilies.
    Shape into 8 thin patties.
    Mound 1/4 mushrooms on center of 4 patties.
    Top with 2 slices of cheese.
    Place remaining patties on top; pinch edges to seal securely.
    Cover and grill patties.
    Serve with taco sauce or salsa.
