Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. La Choy soy sauce
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 green peppers, cleaned and chopped medium
    1/2 gal. water
Preparation
    Rinse beef and with the flour, flour the beef thoroughly. Place in a
    roast
    pan
    and
    cover with the 1/2 gallon of water. Add the chopped onion, salt and pepper.
    In a preheated oven cook for 2
    hours at 325\u00b0 or until the meat is tender. Add the soy sauce and the green peppers; cook another 15 to 20 minutes.
    This recipe makes its own gravy.
    Serve over rice or white mashed potatoes.
    Serves 6 to 9 people.
