Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. clams
    1/4 lb. pork
    2 medium onions, diced
    3 c. raw potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. boiling water
    1 qt. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pt. cream
Preparation
    Cook pork until crisp; add onions and cook 5 minutes.
    Mix in potatoes, seasoning and water; cover pan and simmer 15 minutes. Add clams and liquid; then add milk, butter and cream.
    Heat and serve.
