Ingredients

3 Tbsp. plain flour
6 Tbsp. diet margarine
3 eggs
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
11 pkg. sweetener
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam.
Mix eggs, flour and sweetener together; mix well.
Melt margarine; add to mixture. Add vanilla and milk.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg, if desired.
