Easy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. round steak, about 1-inch thick
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. chopped green bell peppers
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    In a large skillet, brown meat in hot Crisco.
    Remove excess grease from pan.
    Top with onion, tomatoes and bell pepper.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    I use the stainless steel electric frypan.
