White Chocolate Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. white chocolate
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. salted dry roasted peanuts (regular salted peanuts work fine)
4 c. crispy rice cereal

Preparation

Melt chocolate and peanut butter together in double boiler. Pour mixture over marshmallows, peanuts and rice cereal.
Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
When firm, store airtight in cool place.
