Sausage Souffle(Good Breakfast Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. Colby Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and dry ingredients.
    Pour over bread and sausage that have been placed in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Add the cheese to the top of the mixture.
    Mix gently with a fork down through the mixture.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
