Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 egg white

Preparation

Beat egg white to stiff froth and let sugar boil until it will form a hard ball when tried in cold water.
Pour slowly into egg, stirring egg all the time, then beat until cold and put on buttered plate.
