Garlic Wine Pot Roast(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless beef rump roast
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 large onion
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Spray a cold Dutch oven with nonstick spray coating, then preheat over medium heat.
    Brown roast on both sides in Dutch oven; drain any fat.
    Add water, wine, onion, garlic, bouillon, thyme and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
