Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all veggies. Add, stir in, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered 6 x 10 dish. Melt butter and stir with crushed crackers. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
