Chinese Hamburger Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground chuck or 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 can drained Chinese vegetables
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef in butter.
    Drain and then add all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with Chinese noodles and bake about 15 minutes longer or if you like, you can mix the noodles with the first mixing of ingredients and bake 1 hour.
