Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 onion, diced
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of salt
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix everything together but chicken.
    Place chicken in shallow pan or baking dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    (For glass pans, bake at 325\u00b0.)
    Serves 4.
