Gold Coast Pork Chops - cooking recipe

6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
generous dash of sage
Preparation

In a skillet, use shortening if needed, brown chops; drain. Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, carrots, onion and sage.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
Add green pepper; cook 15 minutes more or until done, stirring occasionally.
