Sausage-Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 stick margarine
1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and drained
3 qt. milk
4 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
-
Saute celery and onion in margarine.
Add the sausage and combine with remaining ingredients.
Heat on low until cheese melts.
