Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
    2 c. ground cranberries
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
    Add to gelatin mixture.
    Stir in cranberries and pineapple.
    Pour in 2-quart flat pan and refrigerate until firm.
    Blend in softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
    Spread over salad.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
