Rhubarb Cake And Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix rhubarb and sugar together and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together and blend well.
Stir in rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
