Potato Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen potatoes (O'Brien)
5 eggs
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Jack or Swiss cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce
6 slices bacon, cooked
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Stir in potatoes, cheese and seasonings. Turn into buttered 10-inch glass pie plate or shallow casserole. Scatter bacon on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Can refrigerate overnight.
Place cold dish in oven and bake
at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
If baking immediately, reduce by 10 minutes.
