Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushroom pieces (4 oz.)
    2 c. consomme
    1 c. white rice
    1 c. brown rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in baking dish.
    Stir in rest of ingredients. Cover tightly and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir.
    Cover again and continue baking 30 minutes more.
    Serves 10.
