Jean'S Chicken Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 small can pimento
1 can sliced black olives
1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. frozen green beans
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

After chicken is cooked and cut up, add remaining ingredients along with small amount of stock from chicken.
Cook until vegetables are just done.
Let cool.
Make 1 1/2 recipes Bisquick biscuits, roll in large rectangle and put in chicken mixture.
Roll up and put on large cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serve with chicken gravy.
