Overnight Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium cabbage
    1 small red onion
    1/2 medium green pepper
    2 carrots, peeled
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Shred/slice all vegetables thinly (the food processor is perfect for this).
    Mix vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour dressing over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
