Sweet And Sour Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pork spareribs or back ribs, cut into serving pieces
1 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Place ribs, meaty side up, on rack in foil lined shallow pan. Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour 1/3 of sauce on ribs.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 until until done, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting 3 or 4 times with remaining sauce.
