Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion (optional)
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 bag of tater tots
    1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can of mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef with onion and pepper. Drain and put in baking dish. Add soups and maybe a small amount of water (very little if any) Cover with frozen tater tots and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes on 350\u00b0. Take out uncover and put the cheese on top. Cook 10 more minutes uncovered or until cheese melts.
