Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 cans cream mushroom soup
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. cheese (reserve 1/2 cheese)
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Saute onion and pepper.
    Grate cheese (save 1/2 of the cheese for topping).
    Mix all together; pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
