Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs in glass dish.
Add corn.
Cut butter into pats and mix with corn.
Add cheeses and mix.
Add flour last.
Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 or 45 minutes.
