Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. Mazola oil
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple (and juice)
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix the first 8 ingredients. Add coconut, pineapple and carrots.
Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
