Ingredients

ketchup
mustard
vinegar
lemon juice
hot sauce
Worcestershire or soy sauce
Italian salad dressing
Mrs. Dash seasoning
Cavender's Greek style seasoning
salt
pepper
hickory flavoring (optional)
m.s.g./Accent (optional)

Preparation

Season meat or chicken to taste with the salt, pepper, m.s.g./Accent, Mrs. Dash and Cavender's Greek seasoning.
Set aside until sauce is mixed.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (depends on cooking time for your personal oven).
