Fat-Free Vege-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. red pepper
1 c. fat-free lunch meat, diced or low-fat turkey, beef or chicken
4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large jar picante sauce
Preparation

Chop broccoli, onion and pepper.
Dice lunch meat.
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and picante sauce.
