Brookwood'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 carrots, peeled and cut in pieces
    3 onions, quartered
    1 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put in covered pan.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    No peeking!
