Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring (your choice)
other option: glitter

Preparation

In large saucepan, mix dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
Cook on medium high heat stirring constantly until consistency of play dough is suitable. Once firm, turn dough onto counter.
Let cool and knead.
Store in airtight container.
