Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    flour or Baking Magic seasoned coating mix
    1/4 c. oil
    1 minced clove of garlic
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 to 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Dredge chicken with flour or Baking Magic seasoning mix.
    Saute until golden brown in oil.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer the chicken, covered, for 1 hour or until tender.
    Serve with pasta or rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
