Amish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. starter from sourdough starter
2/3 c. oil (1/3 c. for low calorie)
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs (2 egg whites for low calorie)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into well-greased and sugared pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes; test.
