Ingredients

3 Tbsp. long grain rice
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. milk
Preparation

Wash and drain rice.
Add sugar, Crisco, salt and nutmeg. Stir into milk.
Pour into baking dish and bake in slow oven at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Stir occasionally during the first 1 hour of cooking.
