Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. slivered carrots
1/2 c. slivered celery
1 medium zucchini, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
1/4 lb. snow peas
Few drops of soy sauce
Preparation

Any vegetables may be used!
Heat oil in skillet until very hot.
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add celery, zucchini, and carrots and stir 1 minute.
Add chicken broth.
Cover and cook 30 minutes.
Add peas; cover and cook 30 seconds.
Season; stir and serve with soy sauce.
Serves 6.
