Zucchini Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips
    4 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Bring 1 inch of water to boil; add zucchini.
    Salt.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Drain zucchini; put in greased casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over zucchini.
    Broil until cheese melts and begins to brown.
