Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    liquid smoke
    celery seed salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    Woody's sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket
    in a large baking pan.
    Pour 2 ounces of liquid smoke
    on both sides of meat.
    Sprinkle both sides with celery seed,
    onion and garlic salt.
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.\tWhen
    ready
    to
    bake,\tsprinkle both sides with salt, pepper
    and
    Worcestershire
    sauce.
    Cover meat by making a tent and press edges tight around pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 hours. Remove
    from
    oven\tand pour 6 ounces of Woody's sauce over
    meat. Recover
    and
    bake
    for
    1
    hour
    at
    275\u00b0. Refrigerate overnight.\tSlice when cold.
