Wet Bottom Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. Crisco
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. molasses
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda in 2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, flour and Crisco together.
Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for the top.
Mix the rest with the liquid ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Yields 2 (9-inch) pies.
