Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. peeled, thin sliced cucumber
    1/2 c. red onions, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and salt; pour over first mixture.
    Let set in refrigerator for 5 to 9 hours.
