1 pkg. fudge brownie mix
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease bottom only of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Prepare brownies as package directs for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until set.
