Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to boiling.
    Add pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients; stuff peppers.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
