Baked Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. zucchini
    1 1/2 c. soft bread, broken in pieces
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    5 slices bacon
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cook zucchini in 1-inch of water with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain.
    Then add all the other ingredients. Put in a casserole dish; top with 1/4 cup grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
