Ingredients

4 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix well the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla; set aside.
Mix sugar and flour.
Add to egg mixture, then add coconut.
Grease 2 (8-inch) pie pans; divide filling between them.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
