Tuna Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Mix thoroughly; spread mixture on slices of small rounds of rye bread.
Trim each with pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced. Makes about 36 open faced tea sandwiches.
