German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled
6 slices bacon, fried
3/4 c. onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut potatoes into chunks.
Fry bacon and remove from skillet. Saute diced onion in bacon fat.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper, celery seed and sugar.
Cook over low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in water and vinegar.
Pour over warm potatoes.
