Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
5 to 6 medium peaches
3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, Jell-O and cornstarch.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Cool.
Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over peaches.
Refrigerate.
Add Cool Whip to serve.
