Anita'S Pickled Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole okra
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Soak okra in ice water for 1 hour.
    Use the remaining ingredients per pint jar.
    Put in jar.
    Pack in okra and fill jar with approximately 1 cup boiling vinegar.
    Seal jar with a lid and ring.
    Let season at least 3 weeks.
    Refrigerate before serving.
