Quick Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 large box lasagna noodles (do not cook)
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat and season to taste.
Place in mixing bowl and add spaghetti sauce and cheese as well as cottage cheese. Add 8 ounces of water to mixture.
