Apricot Salad Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apricot halves, drained and sliced
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. red grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. almonds, toasted and slivered
dash of salt
Preparation

Drain juice from apricots and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Heat to boiling; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add orange juice, lemon juice and salt.
Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Chill until partially congealed.
Beat gelatin mixture until fluffy.
Fold in fruits, mayonnaise and almonds.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with sugared grapes.
Makes 9 servings.
