Curry Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

6 chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 pkg. seasoned Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender.
Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth. Cut meat in chunks and place in 14 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Cover with cooked broccoli.
Mix soup, reserved broth, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle with dressing mix.
Pour melted butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
